REGISTRATION FEE
- SOLO category: IDR 750,000 (non-refundable)
- PAIR category: IDR 1,500,000 (non-refundable)
The registration fee includes a KELANA cycling cap and the loan of a GPS tracker. If the GPS tracker is damaged and/or lost, the participant will be charged a replacement fee of IDR 1,500,000.
Bentang Jelajah Nusantara reserves the right to cancel any applicant’s registration for any reason. If the applicant has already paid, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
PARTICIPANT QUOTA
There are 150 race slots for KELANA Vol. 4.
There is no selection process or lottery for KELANA Vol. 4. Registration closes once all slots are filled or on a date to be announced, whichever comes first.
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants who complete payment for KELANA Vol. 4 are automatically confirmed as participants.
Participants must then submit the following supporting documents:
- Bentang Jawa KELANA Vol. 4 Waiver, signed electronically via Privy.id by the participant AND one member of their immediate family (next of kin). Further instructions on the signing process will be sent by email and/or through the WhatsApp group.
- Proof of insurance. All participants must show proof of an insurance policy whose coverage spans at least the full duration of KELANA Vol. 4. This must be shown at race pack collection.
Participants who cannot provide these documents will be considered to have withdrawn voluntarily from KELANA Vol. 4, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
