The registration fee is set at IDR 4,000,000 for Solo participants and IDR 8,000,000 for Pair entries. Held steady for the last four years, the fee now moves in step with the realities behind the race.

Registration fee is not refundable without any exception.

Team (Pair) registration will counted as registration for 2 (two) persons.

Included in the fee are as follows:

• Participant event cycling cap
• Brevet Card
• Tracking system
• Manned checkpoints and manned finish point during the competition, subject to the cut-off-time of each point.
• Bentang Jawa will provide each participant with a tracking device (GPS tracker or mobile phone) which needs to be returned in a good condition at the finish point.
