All interested applicants are welcomed to submit their applications. No fees will be charged at this stage.

• 17 May 2024: Selection List Announcement

Successful applicants will be announced through Bentang Jawa website and will subsequently receive a series of further information to confirm their participation status.

• 17 – 31 May 2024: Payment Period

Successful applicants will be required to pay the registration fee in full within this period. Payment outside this period will not be entertained and their slot will be automatically forfeited.

• 12 June 2024: Bentang Jawa 2024 Participant List Announcement

Confirmed participants will announced.

• June – August 2024:

Confirmed participants will receive further information following up to the event start.
